(Possible spoilers ahead!)
I dont usually write reviews but this game is just so amazing and well done that i had to! First off, the art style is so amazing oh my goodnes, and I really liked some of the artistic choices you made, especially with covering Jane avery's face and the motif of the flower (i forgot the name im sorry :( The hearts undertaker? Is that it? lol) Anyways, the flower being sprinkled throughout is super cool, and i espiecially liked the reveal in one ending when her face is fully revealed to have the discoloration on it! The choice to reveal Jane avery's face but to never have owen's face revelaed is interesting to me. The mc is a really interesting character, and I like how she makes some...questionable choices, a lot of which I would definitley not do but i think that really adds to the story. I agree with another commentor on here, poor owen omg! I felt so bad for him and honestly I completely forgave him and was pretty pissed at Chao for killing him. Like I know mc picks up the knife to help Chao but if you had given us the option I would have probably stabbed him causes he was really pissing my off. Also, I had just played the game morturary assistant and when the mc had mentioned stuff about embaling the body i was like "I understand what she's talking about!!" I really enjoy all the lore in the game, i cant say I was suprised what Chao and Jane Avery's relation ship was, but it was a super cool reveal and plot point! Chao being a toxicologist is so so cool, and Im glad were getting more toxic plant related media out there! Lets go!! I find them so interesting (dw i'm not a hit man trust) and I'm a bit of a nerd about them. Chao's character in general is really intriguing and he did genuinley scare me at some point. When we confront him I was kind of paranoid he had poisned our food or something. Glad he didnt. But instead the mc just follows him to his house?? Girl!? What are you thinking?? Anywas, I really really enjoyed this game, thank you for making it :)
