Why does the main character keep changing from having a beard to not having a beard and will you ever add a option where you can select to have a beard or not

It's obvious that the images with the beard were rendered later by the creator. All of the models were made by Scrag_Boy, and the protagonist's model is called Twink, a young boy. To prevent the protagonist from being mistaken for a minor, the developer later re-sculpted the face to make Twink look more mature and masculine, and also added a beard. However, it seems the creator didn't properly organize the rendered images, which is why the protagonist appears beardless in some pictures
Additionally, the game is a visual novel, so from a technical standpoint, it wouldn't be difficult to let players choose whether the protagonist has a beard or not. However, it would be quite tedious to implement across all the artwork and scenes, so the developer is probably unlikely to add such a feature
