The game page says that the planned endings are one for the protagonist, one for Pierrot, one for Harlequin and one for both. So I don't think so.
Yes but not necessarily in a romantic way. The creator said we will get Pierrot, Harlequin, both or none. But the others will have other routes.
neko has posted (on his tumblr i think) that he is considering doing DLC content for the other members of the troupe! he makes no promises though.
