I really like this game, movement felt nice for platformer. Tho until wall jumping part unfortunately, cuz you start sliding down too fast wall jumping felt really demanding to control. So room that mainly wall jump felt really difficult. And unfortunately I was unable to finish the game as I got stuck at the spike wall conveyor belt going up cuz I dont know how to move forward and the way I think it intended felt really tight so I kept failing. What Im trying to say is that I see the potential of this game as I really like the movement feel, just need to make the character start sliding like after 1 sec or something and it would be less demanding

Over all great work on the game and I love the art style 😁

Thank you so much for playing! Sorry to hear you had some troubles with the conveyors, I will try give a bit more coyote time to keep the momentum from the belts. Jumping a little late kills the momentum currently, but wall jumping while still on the conveyor will add the momentum giving a bit higher jump. Do you remember which stage you were in when u got stuck? Theres also a lil trick you can do with the first set of vertical conveyors in 2-1. Appreciate the kind words and the notes, helps me a lot with difficult ramping future builds!

Ok after play again I change my opinion a lil bit. After playing again for lil bit, I randomly learned than you can dash ......... omni? directional which I only though you can dash left to right XD which I proceed to finish the game lol. I still say the wall jump felt still tight so that that, but the dash you should find way to make it clearer that you can dash any direction cuz the first one where the floor falling down that only show me that I can dash horizontally that make sense to me. Honestly I dont know how the hell I manage to go to 3-1 without dash up cuz that help so much XD

These 2 pictures are one Im struggle with lot and the 3-1 (the one where block go around the spike in the square shape) that is the only one I couldnt get the ball cuz I couldnt figured how to

Love the random ..... guitar hero? thingy bit, that really surprising, bit bummed out that Howl didnt get down tho that would increase the scope way too much XD

Final thing I want to mention is I assume I beat the game. But after I reach the platform where the bottom of the moon align with me I thought it would be fun to howl there but I couldnt howl nor move after that, I didnt check if I couldnt move before or after I press E key. Try to refresh the page it give me the save that start me at beginning so I called it a win XP

But yeh long story short, way to inform player you can omni dash and maybe wall jump a bit less tight

Thanks for giving it another shot and writing all this up, this is super useful feedback.

The omni-directional dash confusion especially helps a lot, definitely something I need to communicate earlier.

And honestly making it all the way to 3-1 without upward dashing is impressive 😂

Really glad you enjoyed the Guitar Hero/DDR section too. I wanted that part to feel unexpected and weird in a fun way.

The ending lockup definitely sounds like a bug though, especially with the movement/howl issue after reaching the moon platform, so thanks for pointing that out too.

As for that last tennis ball… I’ll just say it’s doable 😄
