a robin or a chickadee are probably my quintessential birds :)
i was hanging out by a pond in a park last year and there was a duck and a canada goose sitting on a concrete platform in the middle of the lake, and a swan swam by and bit the goose on the butt, which then (for some reason) caused the goose to bite the duck on the butt and the duck got off the platform and started swimming. just a funny bird interaction i thought you might like
