I think there's some much needed QoL. A way to save the last world you were in/ some type of fast travel. Also a way to connect separate world branches so that worlds don't just become infinitely separate from each other as the game goes on

I agree. It would help if we could set multiple connections per world, by choosing to connect our world via one of its own open connections instead of just the start point. That would make the whole thing an interconnected web rather than a huge tree.
