Okay just wasn't clear I skipped the scene so maybe I'm missing something but with the ending conversation Naira and Lina talk about horse and canine "cream" and when John/MC talks about how Naira wouldn't take the Prize everyone just ignores him leaving him in silence the only thing to me that indicates her denying the prize is her running away outside like I said I skipped the scene and speed-read through the rest of the event so maybe I miss something or saw something wasn't there .

It was slightly changed in ep 8 version. And will be changed once again when we remaster the Halloween episode. Short answer is that canonically Naira denied this scene, it was added just to try exotic setting. Lina's Wolf scene is canon.

If i may make suggestions for naira scene I'd put the choice before she enters the prize room that way you don't have say she been practicing for days or weeks if fantasize or not is not a good look if her with John/MC

If you have to keep the fantasy ideas I'd make it so it's a Split Second Flash

This will be rewritten. In fact the whole text block before that scene and referring the reward will be changed, as the idea will be Naira didn't even know what the prize it. Lina also doesn't know, and will meet the Wolf accidentally entering the wrong door in the prison.

It will be something like the horse guy escapes after Naira punched the sly host who tried to make her do it, and ran away keeping the prison door open. Then Lina enters the prison searching for her prize (as she completed the tasks but the host is nowhere to be seen), and accidentally got to the Wolf, whom she sets free out of pity—and then he destroys the fare, leading to one more Lina-Wolf scene in the very end.
