oh, are those pictures suggesting outfit customization that would be amazing if it was
no, the first two images are pred enemies (specifically, the game-over screens that each one would give)
my guess is the dev just used the same basic outline/template for the player character and the pred enemies to save time
outfits would be nice though. in the later stages of updates ofcourse.
