Load the model as a regular model, not an accessory and check the "NP_On" parameter. It is supposed to be used to auto-hide the model when the plugin is not running. To force it to 1 set the output values to 1 min, 1 max, and enable auto-breathing. The problem is probably something else but knowing that should make it easier for fixing it
