very enjoyable, very neat. being a good subject is a pleasant gender-neutral label of endearment.

i will say, i think a failsafe in the latter bit may be prudent. 

my brain being understandably fuzzy at the time made it hard to recall the text regarding looping, and i found myself sufficiently stunlocked for an extra ten minutes before shaking myself out of it.

Thank you for the feedback!  I think I'm going to put a cap of 3 loops on the final segment to make sure folks don't get toooo stuck.

I feel like a hard cap isn't strictly needed? Maybe just check-ins every few loops.
IDK, my own experience in inducing such states in others is heavily predicated upon being a presence in the space that can make calls. Automation of it is a fun issue to tackle.

Agreed, yeah.  I dunno what the right call is -- a hard cap is trivial to introduce for now and then I'll think harder about how to do check-ins that are harder to ignore/lose-track-of!  Finding the line between wanting to let folks have the experience they _want_ to have and not wanting them to get stuck somewhere they don't want to be....
