Are you talking about the mobile or discord?
The problem with mobile was that it wasnt supposed to take that long, but UE5 sucks with simpler shading / performance / disk space. So I decided to switch back to UE4 like all my other projects. It is better to switch now than later and that's what's taking time.
I want to use disc mainly to post progress updates and ask for feedback. It's not getting in the way of development.
I've kept the scope of the project reasonable so I'm sure that I will finish it.
