is this the same game as the one on the zx spectrum next with a different name ( treasure island ) i think its called

Not at all, it shares some assets from Pixel Frog : https://pixelfrog-assets.itch.io/
But is a completely different game than Treasure Island on Zx spectrum which is more a platformer than a puzzle game.
