Not sure if youre aware, but KIE no longer functions with Compcon v3 at the moment. It shows up as installed but you can no longer touch the pilot talents.

Try using the coldfix that's now available to download on the main page or most recent devlog. It's outdated (a member of Pilot.Net cleaned up the .lcp last February and I never ended up putting it on the itch page) but better than nothing.
