I published my game a while ago (early April) and it hasn’t been indexed yet. I submitted a support ticket 10 days ago, but I am still awaiting a response.

I am only making this post because I know other developers who published games in a similar genre after me, and their games have already been indexed. I'm just worried my game might have slipped through the cracks. I know you guys are incredibly busy and I appreciate your time; I just want to ensure it doesn't get buried.

More likely, what happens is that games are prioritized, mainly on organic activity on the game page.

In the mean time I’ve let our admins know about your ticket.
