i tried both winrar and 7z and turned off the real-time protection and tried putting it in different folders and drives but it didn't work.
Why doesn't it work? Is it giving an error? I've never had to turn off any settings to download the game.
Have you given the archive enough time to download before trying to extract it? If not, you may need The Guide.
