It sounds so nice to have someone who's good at project management on the team! For us no one wants to do it (or knows how to do it). Sometimes in meetings someone will say "we really should setup Sprint" and that'll just never get done
You all released a game, though! So maybe its really just dependent on who needs what, is my thought.
