There's only two paid DLCS - the expansion DLC (which sounds like the one you bought), which just expands the free base game with new choices and customization, plus a new ending.
Then there's Beyond the Bet, which is a very large story DLC that adds on lots of extra days, a new storyline, plus a bunch of new endings. The free NSFW DLC requires Beyond the Bet to play, as the scenes are during that story.
