This is the first time I've heard of this bug in the game. Are you emulating it on Android, Linux, or Mac?
The only visual bug I've noticed occurs if you have Nvidia's RTX Vibrance enabled for all games.
No, I don't emulate the game in any way, I use Windows 10 64bit and I have the game on Steam I have an nvidia card but I don't have RTX Vibrance enabled (I have practically default graphics settings)
