I cant get into the town on the newest version, also i dont know where Cletus, Nephis, and Austera are at? is it only on the paid version?

Yup! v1.1.2. And to get to them you just need to beat lily and pick the 'go to town' option. If you want to wait however, I always end up releasing them for free after some time.
do you know what time that will be? will it like notify me when its free or?
