Not sure on the specifics of what algorithms they use to determine that, which are probably purposely obfuscated to keep people from gaming the system. I have to imagine games that get the most traction like views/downloads/rating, etc. go higher up in the search rankings. So I would just try to spread the word through other channels and see if people organically find it too and help it along!
