Thing is, Microsoft gave them a DMCA because its about Minecraft in a porn game.
They even willing to sue people who made mods on minecraft that had lewd, sexual appeance, or just things like the person has breast.
And the most crazy reason is: "It damages Minecraft's reputation"
In general Microsoft has no rights to do these things, but Microsoft says otherwise.

If Hello Crime’s Lovely Craft Piston Trap faces a DMCA takedown from Mojang or Microsoft due to using Minecraft assets and concepts, development can legally continue through a few specific routes:
Total Asset Overhaul: The developer must replace all copyrighted material. This means redesigning the blocks (like pistons and emeralds), removing trademarked character designs (like Creepers and Endermen), and changing the branding to be entirely original, moving away from the "Craft" identity.
Filing a Counter-Notice: If the developer believes the DMCA claim is invalid—such as arguing the game falls under parody, satire, or transformative fair use—they can file an official counter-notice. However, because the game directly utilizes explicit parodies of trademarked IPs, this carries a high risk of escalation to a formal lawsuit.
Off-Platform Distribution: While a DMCA notice will successfully remove the game from major storefronts like itch.io, developers often continue hosting files independently via private sites, direct downloads, or community hubs like Discord and Telegram. While this keeps the game accessible to players, it operates entirely outside of mainstream legal protection.
