It'll be on Steam eventually! The price will likely be ~$5 to compensate for the 30% cut Steam takes.
However, it's very possible that the Itch version of the DLC will be compatible with the Steam version of the base game (meaning theoretically you could just use the Itch version instead of purchasing the Steam Version), though I'm not 100% certain of this and haven't tested it yet.
