Solo Hexcrawling 2.0 refers to a Drama/Twist Oracle (d12) in chapter 5 but the oracle itself is not present in the book - where can I find it?

Hello! Thank you very much for pointing that out. You are absolutely right; the Drama/Twist Oracle (d12) table was accidentally omitted from the final layout of this version.

The Drama/Twist Oracle is designed to be used whenever the standard d6 Oracle returns a 'Twist/Unclear' result (3) or when you want to inject a narrative pivot into your scene.

Here is the missing table so you can use it right away:

Drama/Twist Oracle (d12)

  1. Betrayal: A trusted NPC or ally acts out of self-interest.
  2. Unexpected Arrival: Someone from your character’s past appears in the current hex.
  3. Environmental Shift: The weather or terrain changes drastically, blocking your path.
  4. Depleted Resource: A key item breaks, is lost, or runs out at the worst time.
  5. Lore Revelation: You discover a hidden truth about the region or a local faction.
  6. Cross-Encounter: Two rival factions or creatures are found clashing with each other.
  7. Personal Connection: The location ties directly into your character’s Weakness or Trait.
  8. Time Pressure: An event forces a choice between your goal and helping someone in need.
  9. Mysterious Object: You find something that shouldn't be there, humming with strange energy.
  10. Enemy Reinforcements: What seemed like a simple encounter attracts more threats.
  11. Geographical Landmark: The terrain hides a secret (e.g., a hidden cave or a shortcut).
  12. Lucky Break: A danger turns into an unexpected opportunity (Success with a bonus).

I will be updating the PDF file shortly to include this table permanently. Thanks again for your support and for helping improve the book!

Many thanks for the swift response and for posting the missing table
