Polish is not covered at the moment. To see which languages are, you can check the list in Salmon's ABOUT.pdf file.
Polish is a language I'd like to cover though, this could be a good opportunity. Can't give an ETA, Polish mainly requires some accents added to a few letters, but it has to be done in 13 fonts…
By any chance, do you know Polish players who may test a first version?
