Nice work!  I like the puzzle of managing the Archives: what should I keep, what should I spend?  And how do I make this "information" attractive to others?  Reminds me a bit of the Otters (in terms of action economy), but solely card-focused.

It seems like it would be difficult to establish a lot of board presence with this faction (you only recruit by giving away a Bird card for a Book Drive?).   But maybe I just need to try it out!

Maybe the 2nd step in the Evening can help to recruit if you add a bird card from your hand to the Archive. But obviously there could be factions “hungry for bird cards” that buy your bird cards before you can use them  

For @MrMirz: during Outreach when you place a Bookshop, the matching card you pick from the discard pile could be also a bird card?

Yeah you can pick a bird card from the discard pile, but during Applied R&D you can only use bird cards to recruit and you need to give them to another player so it might not always be the best option. It hasn't been tested though, I just thought it could be a cool mechanic and dilemma to choose

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah their recruiting is tricky as it is expensive and benefits other players. They can usually use Trade In to get a bird card from the discard pile but that would be extra expensive. They have not been tested so it would need a lot of tweaking I'm sure to be balanced.

Fair enough!  I like the dilemma, so I hope you find a solution that keeps the decision tight and the tensions high!
