Go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\LAGS\Lustful Spirit Hunt" and open SaveData.txt. Don't manipulate anything just see if this key exists "moddedGhostUnlock".
If yes, make backup of your save and delete the original savedata.txt and set the ghost setting to all ghost again. Try looking for custom ghost. Type 'what' when you are in the truck to confirm it's a custom ghost and try capturing her.
If no, purchase any item from truck assistant and see that key becomes available in savedata.txt.
