I'm playing on Steam and I think I already borked it.
I have backups, though.
If I restore it, can I apply this patch or should I wait for a fix specifically for the Steam version?

I figured but thanks for confirming it.
Still, something went wrong during the update: I had multiple failures trying to download it, which I attributed to my connection, but I just did an integrity verification and some files seem to have been corrupted:
It's repaired now. I'll chek later if the savegames work, otherwise I'll start over (which isn't actually that bad lol).

Some saves give a crash, some load but on the wrong scene.
I'll just play it safe and start over, it doesn't bother me that much and it'll be a nice refresher of the story.
