When using the scale gizmo accuracy is only 1 decimal place (ie only updates every 2nd increment if you scale 0.5, updates every 5th increment at 0.1, position gizmo is 2 decimal places
This has been fixed in the upcoming 2.6.0 version, thanks for reporting!
