I think adding some tension before some jumpscares would be great such as the ghost after I got the lighter something about it felt off teleporting behind me, maybe having it disappear completely and maybe being down a hall or coming back after awhile might help and also the burned guy since I was he wasn't in the room I knew he was up and about. The puzzle for the safe was good I enjoyed that I just had a brain fart trying to solve it. Also the deer randomly moving its head felt off maybe just one movement or have it staring at you after you pick the photo of it up.
