Hi! Nope GBA roms don't work on GBC. This game would be difficult to port on GB(C) in this exact isometric style at a decent framerate. Most we can hope for is the usual scroll rpg.
I'll keep your idea in mind for the next time I'll start making games/improving on existing ones. In the meantime, there are some cool farm-inspired games made in GBStudio for you to try here on itch io.
