I did play this on an older version but I don't remember which one. I can still get lewd massages from Leyla, there are a few options, but none of the scenes save in her gallery after completing them. How do you want the save file uploaded?
The thing is, normally since version 1.09 getting lewd massages as sandbox options should mean you're already at relationship 4, not 3.
Though fyi, only scenes that aren't repeatable and raise the relationship are added to the gallery, the repeatable "sandbox-only" options aren't in the gallery since they're, well, repeatable anyway.
The new update (1.09L) has a fix attempt for this (it should set RS to 4, if lewd massages are already unlocked).
If you haven't already downloaded it, try that one.
For the savegame, something like workupload.com would be easiest, but if you prefer a different file hoster that's fine, too.
