I thought I would give this game a try. Here is my result:
(integrity, interest, asset)
This is the College of Physical Sciences Library. Originally part of the Engineering Library, it branched off in 1982 with a gift of a multi-million dollar endowment fund from a prestigious alumnus. The building, once new, is now aged.
(3,3,1)
First roll: 4
The library received another installment of its endowment. Without any major repairs required, the money was quietly put into the library’s trust. +1 asset.
(3,3,2)
Second roll: 5
By pure accident, a curious freshman checked out a few books on atomic physics. The books were old, but nobody knew how old until the freshman came racing back the next day. It turns out in the front cover, one of the original signatures to check out the book was now a Nobel Laureate. That particular copy of the book is now on display. +1 interest.
(3,4,2)
Third roll: 1
The monsoon rains caused a partial collapse of the roof on the third floor. Fortunately the staff were able to cover the books in plastic tarps before any major water damage could take place. The library’s trust fortunately had enough assets to cover the damages and patch the roof until it was good as new. -2 assets: set 1-> 3. For the prompt effort in resolving the issue the endowment provides another payment. +1 asset.
(3,4,1)
Fourth roll: 1 Another monsoon rolls in. Unfortunately the new section of the roof did not connect to the older part of the roof seamlessly. There is now buckets strewn about the library floor to collect the dripping water. -1 integrity.
(2,4,1)
Fifth roll: 1
The increased humidity from the water leaks causes some of the older titles to accumulate gray mold. As a preventive measure, a number of books are being boxed and shipped to the engineering library across campus. -1 integrity.
(1,4,1)
Sixth roll: 2
Fortunately the books were moved quickly enough that none were permanently damaged. Although the restoration did take some time and effort. -1 asset: set 2 ->3. The endowment was pleased with the crisis control and provided another emergency payment +1 asset.
(1,4,1)
Seventh roll: 4
The board of trustees insists that the entire library roof needs to be replaced. -1 asset: set 4 -> 5, +1 Interest. Contacting the architectural department, a design was settled upon that wowed the Chancellor. In very short order the new roof was built. It became the cover piece of the University’s magazine.
(1,5,0)
Eighth roll: 1
A whistleblower reported to the city newspaper that the Chancellor and Dean of the school of Architecture had conspired together to embezzle a sizable portion of the roof funds. The cover photo of the school magazine has been rescinded and the beautiful roof is now tainted with the story of corruption -1 interest.
(1,4,0)
Ninth roll: 2
The misappropriated funds inspire a student protest. The library halls are now crowded and loud with student voices expressing their frustration against the system. -1 interest.
(1,3,0)
Tenth roll: 5
After the state audit was completed, it was concluded the library and its staff were not at fault. The Chancellor, though reckless, was well-intentioned. The Dean of the school of Architecture makes a public apology and steps down. With that, the library restores some of its dignity. +1 interest.
(1,4,0)
Eleventh roll: 6
With all the bad air gone, the university welcoming committee is now including the library, with its beautiful new roof, as part of the campus tour. +1 interest.
(1,5,0)
Twelfth roll: 3
A well to do family on one of the campus tours is moved by how beautiful the roof is. They say it reminds them a library they grew up with in the old country. After the campus tour they quietly provide a generous donation for further library renovations. +1 asset.
(1,5,1)
Thirteenth roll: 2
The state auditors, already wary of the library, seize the donation for inspection. -1 asset: 2 -> 3, +1 asset. However, upon further inspection it is clear the donation was made in earnest, so the money is returned.
(1,5,1)
Fourteenth roll: 4
Staying true to the family’s request, the library decorates its walls with art from the old country. -1 asset: set 4-> 5, +1 interest. The physical sciences library now is no longer just a place for learning, but also for experiencing culture. The Chancellor lauds this renovation as part of the new educational vision of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics). The physical sciences library is once again placed on the campus magazine front cover, as well as the welcome page of the university website.

End.
Thanks for the game, it was a lot of fun! ^^
