Im stuck in at "Drain The Swamp" task, I don't really understand the instruction, anyone know specifically what I need to do to complete it?

It depends on the step you're on.
At first, you need to find two Holds and get to the headstone. If you're not sure about location names, there are maps in Estate Info > Locations.
If you already got through both Holds and were interrupted, you need to find the shadowy Maid (who is in none of the locations you had to go to to reach any of those Holds, and there are only 2 locations you can reach in the swamps you haven't at least passed through).
After you deal with that, you have to return back to the Hold you were interrupted at, and that should finish the task.
