im a bit upset how do i contact you.  I supported you and followed and spent money on this game expecting it to be updated or something due to the fact it was paid for by me..at a non prototype price.  So...what is this other game that you said this game is now being changed to?  On this page it says that there was an update 53 days ago.  But the download at to the top for the game I bought...says it was over a year ago.  This to me is a red flag, false advertisement and dishonest. So I dont think you are doing this on purpose but something happened to put you in a light right now that you dont want to be apart of I hope.  Can you please provide me with some sort of a link or download to the newer version of this game...based on the update info given here on this page?  Or the link to the game that its on your other page that this page states CLEARLY: this game evolved into the other game.  You do realize that people who bought this game, feel like this game was abandoned now?  And some even just bought it recently.  I actually wanted to support you so I paid over the asking price for this game.  There are also bugs in this game that are strange that have to do with the crypt building or whatever that have you get stuck or things dont work right. I feel tricked a little lol.  And this game is still being sold as is...despite it saying that the other game is the newer evolved version.  That right there...is a reason for some people to go to itch and complain that you are violating one of their rules. You cant take money for a game when a newer version is on another page, that you have worked on in place of this, and saying updates have happened.  When none of that is true. Its like going to the store and buying a pair of shoes, and coming back the next day and they have the exact same pair that was worked on and are better but you cant buy the updated version even though the other pair you bought is advertised as the newer version.  Its fraud.  I want to settle this with you, and I prefer to not get overly upset and emotional....Im 7 months pregnant so little things like this unfortunately....make me cry and freak out haha.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding the project. You are absolutely right to feel disappointed, especially after supporting the game financially and even paying above the asking price to help support my work. I genuinely appreciate that, and I never intended for the page to give a misleading impression.

The reality is that I started this project while working completely alone, and recently I also began my Software Engineering degree, which drastically reduced the amount of time I could dedicate to maintaining and updating the game properly. Over time, the original project became too difficult for me to continue in its current structure, and I started rebuilding many ideas into a newer project instead.

However, I recognize that I handled the page and update information poorly. The wording and recent page edits made it seem like the original game was still actively receiving updates when the downloadable build itself had not been updated for a long time. That is completely my mistake, and I fully understand why this felt misleading from your perspective.

To avoid confusing or misleading new buyers, I will remove the purchase option from the old project page while I reorganize everything properly.

The new project page is already published on my itch.io profile, although I still do not have a stable public playable build ready yet. If you would like, you can already take a look at the new visual direction and overall style of the game by visiting my profile and checking the newer project page there.

And of course, everyone who purchased and supported the original project will receive access to the new prototype for free once I have a playable version ready. I think that is the fairest way to thank the people who supported me early on.

Again, I truly appreciate your support and patience, and I’m sorry for the situation. I never intended to abandon the people who supported my work, and I’ll do my best to be much more transparent moving forward.
