Actually we've added a new question to the submission criteria that all entries need to answer (you just got yours in before I got to add it haha).
The new question concerns when projects were begun, and will be critical for helping us fairly distribute prizes.
Please use the "Edit Submission" button at the top left of this page to find the new question. It's second-to-last in the list.
