Sadly, could use a little rebalancing on how levels work. Capacity out-scales production WAY too easily. Boost also feels less useful since it scales off production.

Sensitivity and cooldown only need a couple levels each, these are fine.

I'd make production scale harder than capacity, so you are rewarded for bigger pumps. I would also make boost do percentage fill of capacity per second (I'd suggest 4 or 5%), so it's never wasted on higher levels.

All that aside, good premise. Aside from the rebalancing, it was enjoyable enough.
