I used Canva for the graphics and formatting of the zine. There is a free and paid version, and you can sell designs provided that you're not just selling standalone graphics. You can read more about it on their website.
I'm also exploring other potential options because the subscription fee is a bit much for my budget at the moment. I'll provide updates on here if I come across any.
