Which level do you need to be for the minotaur or any new events to appear. Ive been at this for a while and it still hasnt shown. It would be nice to know what the threshhold is
The minotaur can be beaten as early as level 7 but 8-10 is recommended. I designed the fight to be for level 10 players. There's an additional enemy that can start showing up in the ruins at level 8 but the higher level you are, the more likely they are to appear.
