No, that's not planned. I'm not the one handling the Chinese translation of Inanna Revenge — it was made by a fan of the game, since I only speak French and English. If someone offered me a proper non-machine translation, I'd be happy to include it in the game, but after so much time since the 1.0 release, that's unfortunately very unlikely.
