It's Because His Nav mesh (Using Gmod Terms rn) Doesn't have any Movement Nodes on the first And Second Floor Due To Him Never Being Supposed To Be There In the first place. So He Either Moves Randomly Or Tries To Follow His 3rd Floor Nodes.
