Maybe. Cuz i'm pretty sure some of the Characters are originally 3D models and then they are just dithered crap ton to look 2D

when Dr. reflex is Mad or chasing the player, he switches from 3d to 2d and always faces the player instead of being in his usual 3D Chase. Is this some sort of glitch or did SWA get lazy and didn't put the rest of his animations. Being honest i'd do the same thing. it would be very time consuming
