Correct πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ
Since one of the themes of the jam was memory, I purposefully designed it in an obfuscated way so that you're guessing and have to rely on memory for things, with thoughts maybe like "ah well this pattern got to the right form, but it needed to happen in more turns', I should try it again with some filler".

I think, just like there are multiple answers to each of the challenges, there are also different ways to approach solving it. I've watched someone play it and just feel it out, they know the very surface levels rules presented and could solve most with just two of the potions sometimes. I can also see a more experimental approach being taken, where maybe, you spam each of the potions to see what the effects are and map out what is happening to understand the underlying logic.

Even though I say this, I also didn't really expect anyone to come to a gooner game and give it that much thought so using the provided cheat sheet is also a valid way of solving it πŸ˜‹ Given how small and hidden away the game is, I doubt anyone would ever figure out what the actual underlying mechanisms areπŸ₯²

Ykw, that's on me for not reading the description carefully enough.
If I approached this like a memory game rather than a formula game. I probably would have enjoyed it more than I did.
I substituted the oil with apple sauce and left a bad review :'(
