Nice game, I like the retro style of it and feel like trying to make a bullet hell doom. It is a bit hard to use the hook to focus on trying to avoid enemies and shoot them. I think the main problem is lack of feedback from being hit, there a few times I got hit without even knowing, even a hurt sound would have helped with this.
