Graphics of this one were really nice, I liked them. The subtle hint that you are a murderer because you failed to save the previous children is also well executed.
However the game lacks a clear explanation. I have no idea what's happening or what I'm supposed to do. I spammed A because it seemed to calm the heart, but then I got the "the heart is inflaming" event, so I stopped pressing and then I lost. When it happened again I kept spamming, and... died aswell. I have no idea how I am supposed to win this. Maybe try adding a detailed explanation of the mechanics?
Regardless, it's still nice that you did something.
