0.8 is the amount each person needs to keep full HP. 0.4 gets rid of 25 points if their health, and any lower gets rid of 50 points. I will post an ending guide in the future, but to unlock that option and thus the route it goes down, you HAVE to feed everyone something on day 1 and also not take Nathan’s knife.
