That is all three days. Each time the MC wakes up in their room signals the start of a new day, so you have played through everything: meeting Dakota, going on a date with him, seeing him in class, and him opening up to you :)

Hello! Do you mind sharing the file name/zip name? If it is 1.41/1.4, it is the most recent & has all three days :) "Fade to black" sections sometimes need to be clicked through if that is the issue!

There shouldn't be an error regarding the choices you make. After looking into it, I would recommend re-downloading First Base or restarting your computer :)

It's buggy right now but if the game is downloaded the tooltip should work fine(?), The text shown when hovering over a working tooltip is just for funsies to add to the story
