Thank you for your thoughts! I'd love for how stuffed the girls are to play a bigger role in sex scenes, rather than just a line at the beginning. Girls rejecting sex due to being too full is a good idea. I also plan for fullness to make them much more sensitive in the sex minigame I'll be creating in the update after next.
Making the obesity rate affect how self-conscious the girls are is a really nice idea. I do want the obesity rates to have a greater effect on the game & explore them more generally. The tricky part is handling it without needing to write lots more dialogue to handle all the different factors that can influence the girls!
Thank you too for your offer to assist with the project. Right now, I'm keeping it solo only, but I do plan to add a modding system to the game at some point. I'd welcome people to create their own mods to change how mechanics work or add more content.
