Great visuals as always.  Lovely tilesets.  I think constraints produce results compared to free time because you have to finalize decisions.  With infinite free time to produce projects, there is paradoxically little imperative to do so.  Adding a ticking clock all of a sudden puts everything into perspective, lesser things go by the wayside, priorities rise to the top, and the work gets done while adhering to new shifting guidelines.

Not saying my view is revolutionary or anything, but I do think the infinite time zone mechanic corrupts output.  With infinite time, what do you even create?  The biggest, most complicated thing ever?  No...but with a time limit, 2 years, 4 years, whatever, the mind tries to output something which would take advantage of the limited remaining opportunities.

ur right, it would corrupt...The most pressing thing i have calling me outside is the studying(day)+working full time (night) idea.

But as the game is a reflection of my experiences it would be too complex to add a mechanic that mirrored my lived experience. The most I can imagine it translating to its a Papers, Please type of game in which I would show fictional health ailments and documents. But as I cant imagine a complex medical system I would have to use the real one, the real terminology and I have the feel making a game like that would border on illegal.

Im focusing on making the outside tilesets with one goal, for them to have atmosphere. As a yume nikki player (its been over a decade) I always liked to enjoy "the view". As gameplay itself will be actually soft, the environtment and the story should do the heavy lifting.
