I think the game is bugged... Declining offers causes you to lose streams per second...100M streams, No Equipment, only NoiseCloud Uploads and World Tours... All deals declined..Can't take my streams per second if I don't have any.
That is the point. You lose something everytime you decline. Imagine it like the devil retaliating for not accepting his deal
