have you tried getting the game on GOG? it seems to be a very open platform for NSFW games. some games seem to have the "base game censored and the NSFW part is with a parch" tho
I actually tried to apply to become a developer for GOG, but they didn't respond to me, so... Doesn't seem like an option for me.
ah shame, but oh well, hope that you could get a platform where you don't have to work more on these thigs.
